He has extensive experience leading complex evaluations, assessments, policy research, compliance reviews, and accountability initiatives, while building high-performing multidisciplinary teams and strengthening partnerships with government institutions, UN agencies, INGOs, and civil society. His expertise spans humanitarian response, protection, access to justice, governance, MEAL systems, and organizational development. Fluent in Dari, Pashto, and English, he provides strategic leadership to ensure that all assignments are delivered with technical excellence, methodological rigor, ethical integrity, and practical, evidence-based recommendations.

A law and international relations professional with academic training in Law and Political Science and emerging field experience in protection, GBV response, and legal advisory services. She has supported survivor-centered case management, legal assistance, and community-based protection programming through her work with national NGOs. Her expertise includes GBV advocacy, legal counseling, community engagement, and coordination with justice, health, and social service actors to strengthen protection outcomes for vulnerable groups in Afghanistan.

An experienced lawyer with over 12 years of professional engagement in legal advisory, rule of law programming, and humanitarian protection services. He has contributed to legal aid delivery, policy analysis, and governance and justice sector strengthening through assignments with international organizations including NRC and UNICEF. His expertise includes legal research, TPM and field-based monitoring, protection programming, and capacity building, with a strong focus on access to justice, child protection, and vulnerable populations in Afghanistan.

A senior social science researcher holding a PhD/MPhil with over 10 years of experience in mixed-methods research and program evaluation. He has led quantitative and qualitative research teams in large-scale studies, including assignments with NRC and Save the Children. His portfolio includes survey design, statistical analysis, impact evaluations, and policy-oriented research supporting evidence-based programming.

A development professional with an MA in Development Studies and over 8 years of experience designing Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) systems across multiple sectors including health, education, and livelihoods. He has supported donor-funded programs with indicator development, data systems design, results-based management frameworks, and reporting aligned with UNICEF and USAID standards.

A gender and social inclusion specialist with extensive field-based experience in women's empowerment, community engagement, and livelihoods programming. She has contributed to multiple development and humanitarian initiatives through roles with CARE Afghanistan, Mercy Corps, ILO, and other organizations, focusing on gender equality mainstreaming, business development training for women, hygiene promotion, and community mobilization. Her experience includes facilitating participatory rural appraisal (PRA), supporting women-led enterprises, delivering leadership and entrepreneurship training, and working directly with vulnerable groups including women, youth, IDPs, and rural communities to strengthen inclusive development outcomes in Afghanistan.

An experienced humanitarian and accountability specialist with over 10 years of international experience supporting humanitarian and development programmes across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. She brings extensive expertise in accountability to affected populations (AAP), safeguarding, PSEA, community engagement, humanitarian quality standards, complaints and feedback mechanisms, and organizational accountability. She provides strategic guidance to strengthen 3LCSC's quality assurance systems, international partnerships, and humanitarian best practices.

His expertise includes organizational capacity assessments, Third-Party Monitoring (TPM), MEAL systems, accountability to affected populations (AAP), safeguarding, research, governance, policy development, and institutional strengthening. He has successfully led multi-provincial assessments, capacity-building initiatives, and evidence-based programme design, supporting NGOs, UN agencies, and development partners across Afghanistan. At 3LCSC, he provides strategic management and technical leadership to ensure high-quality, accountable, and evidence-driven consultancy services.
