Team Leader

A senior professional with over 20 years of experience in Afghanistan's humanitarian and legal sectors. Holding a PhD in International Law, the Team Leader has served as a legal advisor with organizations such as UNDP and Mercy Corps. She has led large-scale justice sector reform studies, nationwide monitoring assignments, and multi-province governance assessments. Her work has contributed to strengthening legal frameworks and improving accountability systems in conflict-affected contexts. She is fluent in several languages including Dari, Pashto and English.

Senior Legal Expert

A law and international relations professional with academic training in Law and Political Science and emerging field experience in protection, GBV response, and legal advisory services. She has supported survivor-centered case management, legal assistance, and community-based protection programming through her work with national NGOs.
