The organization is supported by an experienced team of national professionals and guided by an International Strategic Advisor with over a decade of global humanitarian and development experience. Our International Strategic Advisor has provided technical leadership and advisory support to humanitarian programmes across Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Myanmar, India, Ethiopia, Türkiye, Syria, and Lebanon, specializing in accountability to affected populations, safeguarding, protection from sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA), community engagement, complaints and feedback mechanisms, gender and inclusion, humanitarian quality standards, and institutional capacity strengthening. This international perspective strengthens 3LCSC's commitment to delivering context-responsive, accountable, and internationally aligned technical services.
